The Catholic Hospital Chaplain frequently attends at the moment of end of life to meet families to offer bereavement and spiritual support.
In a very recent conversation with one of the lead chaplains, there is concern as to the amount of Catholic COVID patients that are currently in hospital in our pastoral area whose families may not know there is a Catholic Hospital Chaplain.
